P I Q Member App - My Profile

This article will guide you through adjusting your profile within the PIQ Member's app.
Requirements - A mobile device with an internet connection that has access to the App store (Apple) or Google Play (Android), along with a profile within the PIQ app.
1. Profile
Once you have logged into the PIQ Members App, you will be able to locate your Profile by clicking the icon near the bottom right of the screen.
From here, you will be able to click and edit the following: My Profile Info, My Billing Info, My Purchases, My Credits, Change Password and Logout.
1. My Profile Info
After clicking My Profile Info, you will be able to enter in Personal Information and Contact Information. From here, you will be able to update the following: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Gender, Username, Birthday, weight in LBs or KGs, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Phone Number, Emergency Contact Name and Emergency Contact Number. To save the adjustments, click SAVE near the bottom of the screen.
Note: Any field that is boxed in red will be Required Information.
2. My Billing Info
After clicking My Billing Info, you will be able to update your billing information that is on file. From here, you will enter in your Credit Card Number, Valid Through, CVC, Billing Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code and Country. To save your changes, click Save.
3. My Purchases
If you have made any purchases through ClubReady, your transaction history will display within the Purchase History.
4. My Credits
If you have purchased any class Credits, or an agreement that includes Credits, your available Credits will display after clicking My Credits.
5. Change Password
After clicking Change Password, you will be brought to the screen pictured above. Enter in your New Password and then Confirm Password. To save the changes, click Change Password.
6. Logout
To Logout, click the red Logout button. Once clicked, you will be brought back to the Login Page.

Locating My Profile
1. Profile
Once you have logged into the PIQ Members App, you will be able to locate your Profile by clicking the icon near the bottom right of the screen.
From here, you will be able to click and edit the following: My Profile Info, My Billing Info, My Purchases, My Credits, Change Password and Logout.
Adjusting your Profile
1. My Profile Info
After clicking My Profile Info, you will be able to enter in Personal Information and Contact Information. After clicking My Billing Info, you will be able to update your billing information that is on file. From here, you will enter in your Credit Card Number, Valid Through, CVC, Billing Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code and Country. To save your changes, click Save.
3. My Purchases
If you have made any purchases through ClubReady, your transaction history will display within the Purchase History.
4. My Credits
If you have purchased any class Credits, or an agreement that includes Credits, your available Credits will display after clicking My Credits.
5. Change Password
After clicking Change Password, you will be brought to the screen pictured above. Enter in your New Password and then Confirm Password. To save the changes, click Change Password.
6. Logout
To Logout, click the red Logout button. Once clicked, you will be brought back to the Login Page.
